Christine Rodriguez, the firm’s founder, is an experienced negotiator, litigator, mediator and trial attorney who started her career in New York City. Our Firm is a team of dedicated, hardworking professionals ready to fight for you. We represent employees in all types of workplace negotiations and legal disputes. We also advise employers on how to implement appropriate and lawful employment practices in the workplace.
We regularly assist our clients with matters before they have to pursue claims through an administrative agency or in court. When we do, we often help them avoid a costly battle before things go wrong and we get them a resolution that helps them move forward on their terms. We encourage and regularly represent clients seeking alternative dispute resolution such as private mediation. When necessary, we also help our clients with administrative filings in state agencies, with the EEOC and in the state and federal courts in New York and North Carolina. Our Firm is fully remote capable. All of our staff can engage with our clients and meet their legal needs without in person contact to reduce the risk to any individual’s health and safety. We are able to communicate with you on a variety of secure platforms via telephone and video conferencing. We can also share and exchange documents with you and take all payments via a secure digital platform.
Christine is a former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney, who went onto private practice to help individuals resolve their legal disputes and protect their rights. Christine founded the Firm in 2007 and grew it into a successful employment practice. In 2018, she decided to expand the practice to the Southeast region of the U.S. and set up shop in Charlotte. Christine and the Firm are dedicated to helping our clients. We do this by providing legal and alternative dispute resolution services, such as mediation, that are comprehensive, effective and affordable.
